The BLAST Pro Series of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive started with an unexpected move by the Brazilian team MIBR. Through social media, they announced that the player coldzera was benched during the start of the competition.
However, the response from the pro player and CS: GO legend was immediate. Coldzera decided to retire definitively from the club and explained his reasons in an extensive letter through Twitter.
"Every book has a beginning, a development, and an end. We had a difficult start, but we worked hard to overcome the challenge and reach the top. Along this path, we have come across obstacles and disputes, always showing who we are and trying to break those chains to become the best team in the world," the player explains.
"The decision to leave the team is 100% mine. Throughout this time, it has been asked who wants to stay and who wants to leave, and I said that I wanted to leave because I was not happy with the way we faced our problems, with the way we played in the last 7 months, and because I feel that the team does not know how to use me or listen to me during the matches.," he justified in his letter.
Undoubtedly, a sensitive loss for the world of eSports and for MIBR. He added that he will take a vacation in Europe and practice there, as well as looking for new job opportunities in the old continent.
