Hirving Lozano named best player of the Dutch league in August

Hirving Lozano, the Mexican midfielder from PSV, has been named the best player of the Dutch league in August, following his impressive start to the season with his club.

The Eredivisie announced this distinction for the Mexican footballer through their social media channels, based on the statistics he has achieved so far. Lozano has created six goal opportunities, scored three goals, provided one assist, and has had a passing accuracy of over 70%. He has played a total of 260 minutes.

After representing the national team in matches against Panama and Costa Rica, Lozano will return to PSV to play against Heerenveen in the fourth round of the Dutch league.

Furthermore, Lozano, who currently plays for Eindhoven, is the top scorer of the Mexican national team in the final Hexagonal phase of the Road to Russia 2018, with two goals.
