OMAHA, NEB. (WIBW) - Kansas head coach Bill Self announced before Wednesday’s contest against Creighton that Rylan Griffen has the flu and will be out.
Self said he had symptoms when they left Monday night and left him at home. Self said Rakese Passmore will play a bigger role against the Blue Jays.
The hope is to get Griffen back for Friday’s practice and play on Sunday against Missouri.
