"LA Lakers: The Legacy" is the new documentary series being prepared by Disney to be released on their streaming platform Star+ this month of August. This production seeks to tell in detail the rise and success of one of the most iconic sports franchises in the world. Star+ announced that the documentary series "LA Lakers: The Legacy" will premiere on Wednesday, August 24, throughout Latin America on their streaming service. It was revealed that two episodes will be released at the beginning and the rest will be released weekly.
