Vaqueros Unión Laguna will move its practice field to the city of Saltillo, where the team will train this Saturday, confirmed David Cárdenas Cortés, general manager of the laguna institution.

Vaqueros lent their home, Estadio Revolución, to support the development of the 2017 Lala International Marathon, which is why they will be training in Saltillo this Saturday. The team will be in Torreón on Sunday night, and will resume activities at their bunker on Juárez Avenue on Monday.
Regarding reinforcements, Venezuelan pitcher Víctor Garate will live his fourth season in the Mexican Baseball League wearing the Unión Laguna jersey.

The experienced left-handed pitcher arrived at the laguna camp from the first day of training, with 12 years of experience in the United States and 3 in Mexico. He is happy to be experiencing the eve of a new season with his second team in Mexico, Vaqueros de Unión Laguna.
The importance of reporting early for a baseball player is primarily physical conditioning and then achieving the ideal rhythm to be ready to start the season from the first day of play, in addition to taking full advantage of the opportunity that the team offers to fight for a position.

"Well, we haven't talked about my role yet, but I threw a bullpen on the first day I arrived. I know the manager because he played with me last year, but the role is still not defined, it will depend on them," he concluded.
