From Monday, October 16th to Sunday, the 29th, you can participate in the Entel Challenge: Get Training, the fourth challenge that Entel has for you, running enthusiast or for those who are just starting in the world of asphalt.
How do I register for this new Entel Challenge?
Registration is completely free. All adults can do it, and the last day of the challenge is Sunday, October 29th.
What does the training plan consist of?
Entel Challenge Get Training brings the best for you to improve your performance, since by registering you will have access to the running routine of one of the most important marathon runners in recent years, Remigio Huamán, who took first place in the Media Marathon Des Sable. He gives us five tips to reach the finish line with the best possible time:
1. "When you train the first day, it should be between 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overload yourself. With time, you will increase your level."
2. "Always use footwear according to the terrain: endurance, speed or mountain."
3. "If you are going to participate in a 10k race, you need at least 1 month and a half of training."
4. "Before dinner, if the runner is hungry: only eat fruit to calm the anxiety."
5. "If you get injured, recover between 2 to 3 days to see how your body evolves."
Access the event
To access the event, you must go to the Sportafolio website. It is important to note that in this challenge you can rest for four days of your choice, that is, running for 10 out of the 14 days that the plan lasts.
When and where to run in the Entel Challenge Get Training
The participant can choose the place and time to run, even if they want to do more kilometers or minutes, as long as they comply with the competition rules.
