With a light practice and an inter-team game, Unión Laguna had its 14th day of preseason.

The Unión Laguna Cowboys, led by Ramón Orantes, started with live batting practice by Jeremy Kerth, who faced a batting group for 25 pitches.

The meeting ended and warm-up continued for 30 minutes, the batting cage was active with 5 groups, the bullpen area also saw action with Jacinto García and Edgar Gómez with 20 pitches of work, the defense worked lightly in the infield and outfield.

At the end, the inter-team match ended with a score of 4-1 in favor of team 1.

The action unfolded with a pitching duel, as the starters dominated their opponents without allowing any runs in their 2.0 innings of work. Nestor Linares, René Paredes, and Carlos González each had a hit against Quevedo, but the latter managed to control the next batters.

Felipe Arredondo came in relief of Quevedo and pitched 2.0 innings, dominating in 3 batters with 1 strikeout.

Enrique Lechuga relieved Juan Omar Espinoza and allowed hits from Abraham López and Francisco Lugo, who advanced a base with a sacrifice bunt by Ethan Chapman. Jaime Pedroza took advantage of a pitch from Lechuga to hit a single and produce two runs.

Anderson Hernández with a double and Ricky Álvarez with a single each drove in 1 run to extend the lead to 4-0 for team 1.

José Barajas continued in relief for team 2 and completed 2.0 innings without allowing any damage. In the end, the inter-team match ended with a score of 4-1 in favor of team 1.
