The Descentralizado is experiencing a regrettable chapter just after the fourth matchday of the Torneo de Verano. The coach of Comerciantes Unidos from Cutervo, Jorge Aravena, is not having a good time after the institution's poor sporting performance, as he reported death threats after being dismissed from his position on the program A Todo Gol of RPP Noticias.
"I talked to Mr. Pedraza (club president). I told him the names of the people who had made those threats to me. He told me he would take action. They told us directly to our faces, I know perfectly well who said it, they are two different people," explained the Chilean coach.
"I believe that no one in their right mind can threaten another person in any way. From my perspective, having done some research on what it means, it is a clear threat of physical harm," he added to confess the magnitude of the case.
Goodbye Peru. After the serious accusation, the coach of Comerciantes Unidos made it clear that he still has a link with the club and what he wants most at this moment is to separate himself in order to continue his career and life in his home country. When asked about the topic, the answer was clear and forceful.
"I really want to leave. My children are tremendously worried in Chile, my wife as well, my mother as well. The physical trainer's wife is pregnant. You will understand that she is in a very complex situation as well. We want our situation to be resolved," he concluded.
