Cobresal couldn't confirm their favoritism, and surprised in the second date of Copa Chile: they lost 1-4 against Deportes Copiapó.
The current champion of Chilean football was crushed by the team from Primera B, in a game that started to be defined from the beginning. In the 3rd minute, Wilson Piñones already put the local team ahead. In the development, the author of that goal became the star player, with a dream first half.
Piñones was lethal, and before halftime, he sank Cobresal. He scored in the 21st and then in the 27th to establish the partial 3-0.
The match seemed defined, as what Cobresal showed never surpassed the effective proposal of Copiapó. However, the visiting team reduced the difference in the 33rd minute, through Carlos Oyaneder.
In the second half, with a considerable advantage, Copiapó took refuge in defense. Meanwhile, their opponent sought the reduction without success. Finally, Muriel Orlando sealed the victory by a landslide for Copiapó, with a penalty goal in the 49th minute.
