Bullfighting Note

Bullfighting game 1st good from El Vergel. The rest were 7 from Los Encinos, all suitably presented and all were allowed to be bullfighted. In the ordinary fight, the 1st one was good and noble. The 2nd noble and uncertain. The 3rd noble but kept short. The 4th noble and repetitive, deserving a slow drag to the exit. The 5th noble and weak. The 6th also weak. The 7th another noble one.

Jorge Hernández Gárate opened the bullfight on horseback with the bull from El Vergel and had a contrasting afternoon. Some details with banderillas and very bad with the swords. He said goodbye amidst a distracted audience.

In the ordinary fight, the Frenchman Sebastián Castella dressed in solferino and gold drew a very noble first bull, in which he behaved correctly. However, the bull demanded more firmness and decisiveness. He killed it with a detached stab and had to settle for just greeting in the third. With his second, another noble one that wrapped him up. Castella was able to recreate and relax, as anyone would like to do. He even gave a complete turn that stood the audience up, some formidable mano changes, and an amazing series without moving his feet. He killed it with a full stab and received two ears. Some protested them. Another mistake by the Judge, who impulsively raised two handkerchiefs without thinking about the people.

The Queretano Octavio García "El Payo" dressed in lilac with black trim, drew the worst lot. He didn't shine much in front of his first bull. He showed himself decorous, pulling out what his brown had, by force. He was terrible with the sword and also received a warning. With his second, more of the same. A bull that didn't let him feel comfortable no matter how much willpower Octavio put into it. He looked disastrous with the sword again. He retired amidst division.

The Peruvian Andrés Roca Rey, dressed in brick red and gold, faced a bull that let him handle it, but without any emotion. Andrés was in the same vein. The clueless and inept Judge inexplicably granted him an ear that he had to throw away after receiving it. What a disappointment the representative of Miguel Ángel Mancera gave in this bullring! With his second, he had no chance for triumph. A weak one that ended up ruining the good bullfighting that was fought. It suffered from a painful and long death. He decided to give one away for the popular gratification and continued with a series of irregular bullfighting. We only saw one connected series and the rest was just hitting right-handed and not structuring a bullfight. We'll see where he ends up with a bullfighting that doesn't progress.
