Los Angeles Chargers

After playing 56 seasons in the city of San Diego, California, the Chargers will move to Los Angeles.

"San Diego was our home for 56 years. They will always be part of our identity and we have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the support of the fans," reads the official statement issued by Dean Spanos, owner of the institution.

"Today we turn the page and we are excited for this new era, the era of the Los Angeles Chargers."
