The Tijuana native Henry Briones will return to the octagon on March 18 in London in the Englishman's farewell to his audience. The fight had been scheduled twice for the same venue and then in Hamburg, Germany, but 'Bure's injuries had delayed the opportunity.
The date marks the promoter's return to the O2 Arena and a new opportunity for Briones, a veteran of the Entram Gym who comes from losing to the Brazilian Douglas Silva de Andrade by knockout in the Arena Ciudad De Mexico on November 5.
Pickett, 38, is known for his aggressive boxing style, which goes well with the Mexican's. He comes from losing a battle against Urijah Faber in Sacramento and has a record of 25-13 in mixed martial arts.
