Tigres player undergoes successful knee surgery
Canterano Luis Martínez underwent a successful operation and will be out of action for a period of eight to ten months for his recovery, Tigres reported on social media.
The 22-year-old midfielder slid in the 74th minute while trying to cover Jonathan Rodríguez, but in the process his leg got stuck in the grass and he suffered a rupture of the medial and anterior cruciate ligament of his right knee.
