Alan Ruschel
Alan Ruschel was one of the survivors of the tragedy of Chapecoense and one of the players who will be remembered in 2016 for his emotional words after surviving a plane crash that had 71 fatalities on its way to the city of Medellin. Ruschel is alive, he thanks God for it and he demonstrated it in an Instagram post.

"Very happy to spend this day with you. May this year 2017 be tremendous and may it be the year of my rebirth! Thank God for another year, for another day!", wrote the defender who is soon expected to train with his Chapecoense teammates.
Days before, in an interview, Ruschel had confessed that he saved his life by changing seats on the LaMia plane. "I was sitting in one of the last three rows. I remember that Follman (another survivor) called me and told me to sit with him," added the defender at that time to the most important TV networks in his country.
The footballer, who is recovering from a spinal injury, has confessed that he will return to playing professionally and that he is already preparing to return to the field. We hope that for his own good, as well as for the good of football, it is a triumphant comeback with the green shirt of a team that has become one of the most beloved in all of South America.
