In its seventh edition, the voting format will be changed. In the same style as FIFA, the coaches of the 16 participating teams in the First Division will participate, as well as a representative player from each club. These votes will be joined by the choice of journalists from this publishing house, as well as the editors and directors of the country's main journalistic media.
Last year's winners were Carlos Lobatón (best player), Beto da Silva (revelation), Melgar (best team), Omar Fernández (best foreigner), Juan Reynoso (best coach), and Christian Cueva (best Peruvian abroad). On that occasion, the best were chosen via the web on our official page, in a vote where our readers also participated.
In this edition, we chose five categories: best team of the tournament, most outstanding player, revelation footballer, best coach, and best foreign footballer. And due to the repetition of the final between Sporting Cristal and Melgar, the top candidates are in both clubs.
During these days, the choice of each participant in the vote will be published. The actors and the true experts will decide the new winners of this 2016 season.
