Preseason Training at O'Higgins

In the shadow of the excitement generated by the Copa America, the First Division teams are in full preseason stage with a view to the next Opening Tournament.

In this context, O'Higgins has been working for several days at the La Gamboína Complex, due to the impossibility of having the Celestial Monastery, which is the shelter of the Venezuelan national team.

About the work that the Rancagua team has done so far, coach Pablo Sánchez commented: "We are going according to what was agreed regarding the preparation of daily work. We have the idea of playing three friendly matches in Argentina and everything is going according to plan. The issue of signings is not easy. That's why it takes time and patience," 'Vitamina' said.

"I am happy with the team's predisposition. It is a group of people who put all their effort into their work, and in general, the results are good. I am very satisfied with the work of the team," added the Argentine.

Finally, 'Vitamina' Sánchez spoke about the incorporation of youth players into the Rancagua first team.

"We have called up nine youth players to do the corresponding work and have two groups. Then we will see and decide who will accompany us in the preseason in Santa Fe (Argentina)," the coach said regarding the configuration of the squad that will continue training in Chilean lands.
