Alex Schulz Sets World Record for Highline Walk in Mexico City
Alex Schulz, a German acrobat, set a new world record this weekend by crossing Paseo de la Reforma on a tightrope at a height of 246 meters.
It took Schulz just over 40 minutes to complete the journey between Torre BBVA and Torre Reforma (217 meters), establishing a new record for Urban Highline.
Thousands of people witnessed the feat, although Schulz fell four times before finally accomplishing the challenge. He was equipped with safety harnesses to ensure his well-being.
