Through his social media accounts, President Enrique Peña Nieto congratulated athlete Édgar Navarro on winning the bronze medal in the T51 100m race at the Paralympic Games in Rio.

The Paralympic athlete gave the Mexican delegation its eighth medal on the sixth day of competition in Rio.
