KINGSPORT — This past Saturday, 700 people climbed 2,200 steps at the Bristol Motor Speedway Stadium, each step representing the 110 stories of the World Trade Center.

The 10th Annual Tri-Cities Memorial Stair Climb took place Saturday, Sept. 7, at Bristol Motor Speedway with 700 people making 2,220 steps, the equivalant of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center in New York. Kingsport firefighter Andrew Catron is the coordinator of the annual event and is interviewed in this video.
