One of the biggest stars on the U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT) at the Paris Olympics is Trinity Rodman, the daughter of Dennis Rodman. As the USWNT begins their quest for gold today, Rodman has the support of her boyfriend, Trinity Benson.
In May, Rodman debuted her boyfriend on Instagram, writing, "Trinity squared ????????" in the caption. The comments were filled with her USWNT teammates, like Sophia Smith, who wrote "hard launch," and Naomi Girma, who commented, "oh wowwww" with the heart eyes emoji.

Benson himself commented, "my treacherous lil’ twin" with a heart hands emoji. But who is Trinity Rodman's boyfriend Trinity Benson? Here's five things to know about him:
1. He's from Texas.
Benson, the son of Ivy and Debra Benson, grew up in Lewisville, Texas. He played college football at East Central University, a Division II college in Oklahoma.
2. He's an NFL free agent.
In April 2019, he signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent. He has also played for the Detroit Lions and the Cleveland Browns. As of now, he's a free agent.
3. He is an advocate for colorectal cancer awareness.
In 2019, his mom, Debra, was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer when she was 53 after a routine colonoscopy.
"I could not believe this happened to me and I did not understand why at the beginning! I refused to tell my son Trinity that I had cancer since the word 'cancer' is so devastating to most, and he was so far away from me. We told him I was sick and I needed surgery, but I could wait for the surgery till he would be home in late January. He told me to go ahead with the surgery," she wrote in a blog post. "He said, 'Mom, take care of you and I’ll be home to help.'
She continued, "So we went forward. I did not want Trinity to be worried or fearful about his mother, I just wanted him to focus on football. Being a private person, I did not want to share this news with anyone until it was clear, and I had all the information and all the facts.
That NFL season, Trinity used his cleats to raise awareness of colorectal cancer. "There is no better way to use my voice and my platform to bring awareness to an issue that can sometimes be caught in the shadows of some of the other cancers," he said at the time
4. He and Trinity Rodman became Instagram official in May 2024.
Rodman shared the snap of the two of them on her feed, but Benson has yet to share any photos of his girlfriend. (He's on Instagram @_thetb). In June, Rodman shared a collage of photos of them in New York:
