Former Michigan State baseball player and Royal Oak native Brandon Hughes has been called up by the Arizona Diamondbacks. To make room on the roster, the Diamondbacks are sending down another left-handed pitcher, Tommy Henry.
Henry played his high school ball at Portage Northern and played in college at Michigan.
