Through an official statement on Instagram presented in November, CANTV indicated that now two amounts will be reflected on the bill, which are: the amount of the basic rent corresponding to the current month and the accumulated additional consumption up to the billing date.
"In November, the basic rents corresponding to October (pending month) will be reflected and the rents for the current month will be divided into two parts. 50% will be billed in November (current month) and the remaining 50% will be billed in December. This synchronization is necessary and will only be done once," he explained about pending debts.
CANTV: When will the new billing scheme be applied?
According to the official statement, CANTV informed that "starting in January 2024, the new billing scheme will be applied regularly." Additionally, they thanked for the understanding and invited users to contact them if they want to obtain more information.
