- Enter the default PIN code for your operator.
- If it is Movistar or Entel, the PIN is 1234. In the case of Claro, it is 1111, while Bitel uses the code 0000.
- Now change your PIN again, this time with a four-digit key that only you know.

- Go to 'Settings', then 'Cellular' and 'SIM PIN'
- Activate the 'SIM PIN' option.
- Enter your service code.
- CLARO: 1111
- MOVISTAR AND ENTEL: 1234
- BITEL: 0000
- Change your SIM PIN to a unique key that only you will know. Remember, it must be 4 digits.
