Last Saturday, October 28, the actor's light went out at 54 years old, after being found unconscious in his jacuzzi at home, with signs of drowning.
After his sad passing, thousands of fans devastated by the news started checking his Instagram profile to leave messages in his honor. However, they noticed certain details that caught their attention.
What did Matthew Perry say before he died?
During the week of his death, one of his photos showed the moon surrounded by clouds, a completely dark shot accompanied by a striking phrase, "Do you understand what I'm trying to tell you? - I am Mattman", referring to the Dark Knight.
In another image, he can be seen surrounded by water in his jacuzzi, enjoying music and observing spectacular city views at night. "Oh, so warm swirling water makes you feel good? I am Mattman," he wrote in the caption.
He made several references to 'Batman', and some of his followers highlighted the last chapter of his autobiography, which bears the superhero's name. In it, Perry writes: "I close my eyes and feel so grateful for everything I have learned in this life. For the scars on my stomach, which simply proved that I had lived a life worth fighting for."
