Highly. The Peruvian Diego Elías made a great debut at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games , by defeating Chilean Matías Lacroix in the men's individual Squash competition, whom he beat by a score of 3-0.

By doing so, the national player advanced to the quarterfinals, where he will face Canadian David Baillargeon, this Tuesday at 6:15 pm (Peruvian time).

Diego Elías, winner of the gold medal at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games, achieved victory with scores of 11-1, 11-2, and 11-0.
