The Austrian racing team has used a special livery for some representative races like the Japanese Grand Prix, a country that is key due to the origin of the Honda automaker.
The RB19 that will run on the asphalt of the Circuit of the Americas maintains the traditional blue color and the logo of the energy drink, but on the sides it shows the traditional colors of the United States: blue, red, and white. These are complemented by some stars that pay homage to the nation.
Red Bull chose these colors after a contest among its fans, and the winning design was presented this Wednesday.
During the 2023 Miami Grand Prix, the fifth race of the current season, Red Bull announced the livery of its RB19. The livery incorporates blue lines and some pink tones, which are associated with the vibrant life in Florida.
Through the 'Make Your Campaign' program, Red Bull has carried out this contest. The team decided that the color change will take place in the Miami, Austin, and Las Vegas Grand Prix races, which will be held after the race in Brazil. In it, they aim to change colors in the nose, side pod, chassis, and front wing.
