Argentina is one of the best teams in the world today, and throughout its history it has shown it. Not in vain have several of the best footballers of all time passed through its ranks such as Mario Kempes, Diego Armando Maradona and now, Lionel Messi.

Argentina has played 4 World Cup finals, of which it won two. One when it was host in 1978 and served as an example of the team that would win the title eight years later in Mexico.
