Through his official Instagram account, the popular 'Foquita' revealed that he was watching the 12 pm news edition on Channel 5 when he was surprised to learn that a 13-year-old girl had been reported missing after not returning from the Virgen del Carmen Market, located on Dominicos Avenue, according to one of the girl's family members.

Immediately, the former Peruvian national team striker shared a story about the girl's case, asking his 4 million followers on the social media platform to help locate her and report any information to the Peruvian National Police (PNP).

How to provide information about missing persons?

According to the official information from the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations, individuals who have information about a missing person can report it using two different mechanisms:

Presential mechanism: Go to the nearest police station in your district and record the incident in the Occurrence Report, which is immediately communicated to the Division of Investigation and Search for Missing Persons (DIVIBPD).

Non-presential mechanism: You can contact the helpline 114, which is the "Single Line for Attention to Cases of Missing Persons" managed by DIVIBPD.
