Midfielder Daniel Ruiz was present in Millonarios' 2-1 victory against Once Caldas, in the match that closed the sixth round of the Colombian League Finalización.
The midfielder played his first match at Nemesio Camacho El Campin stadium after his spell at Santos in Brazil, where he arrived last semester as one of the team's reinforcements.
Ruiz did not have a great performance, showing that he needs more minutes to readjust to coach Alberto Gamero's style of play and to the conditions he must endure playing at high altitude in Bogotá.
Daniel returned to the position where he became a key player for the blue and white team in previous seasons, on the left flank as a winger with freedom to attack from the side or the inside.
The player tried to create danger on several occasions, but was contained by Once Caldas' defense, which easily marked him and did not allow him to thrive with the ball at his feet.
Ruiz only played the first 45 minutes and was substituted at the start of the second half by Paredes.
