The National Professional Football Association (ANFP) confirmed during Friday night the stadium where the match between Deportes Magallanes and Colo Colo, valid for the National Championship, will be played, after several days of uncertainty regarding the sports facility where it would take place.
Although there was no assigned venue for the match, Quilín had initially confirmed that the match would take place on Sunday, August 27th at 5:30 PM. However, the schedule had to undergo a small modification.
Finally, it was announced that the match between carabeleros and albos will take place at Estadio El Teniente de Rancagua, on the same day as previously indicated, but at 12:30 PM, "by order of the authority," according to what ANFP stated on its website.
The last time Deportes Magallanes and Colo Colo faced each other, Cacique came out on top with a 2-0 victory thanks to goals from Fabián Castillo (13') and Darío Lezcano (72'). This match took place on March 5th at Estadio Monumental.
