The goalkeeper has had a good start in his new club.
Nicholas Hagen is one step away from winning his first international title, after his team Bnei Sakhnin advanced to the semi-finals of the Israel Toto Cup after securing first place in the group stage.
The foreign legion club closed its participation in the first phase yesterday with a 0-3 loss against Maccabi Netanya, which did not affect their aspirations to win the group.
Hagen did not participate and, like most of the starting players, received rest to reduce fatigue and be in optimal conditions for the semi-finals.
The Toto Cup will pause its activity and will resume in January 2024, focusing on the start of the Israeli league that will begin on August 26, where Hagen's club will face Hapoel Tel Aviv.
