In conversation with journalist Ángel De Brito, the renowned public figure explained that currently she is fighting against an illness, which has led her to undergo a treatment that she will continue in Milan.

Although, at present it is not known exactly what it is, according to different media, it could be leukemia, so the recovery process "is going to be slow".

"It was a very long conversation in which she told me everything. I asked her because I thought she was going to stay here because of everything that was said about her illness, which Wanda confirmed to me. She confirmed the illness she is going through, clearly, with a name and surname, she told me. But I keep choosing for her to tell it," explained the presenter of the Magacín LAM.

Even when talking to Icardi, she had a lot of anxiety about knowing the results, which diagnosed different conditions: "I told Mauro: 'I'm going to die and they don't tell me'. I panicked because I didn't know what was happening to me. They had suspicions, but it could be six different diseases, that's why they didn't tell me anything", she recounted.
