Citizen Income is one of the programs offered by the Government of Colombia that has benefited many people, as the country's authorities have invested 791,328 million pesos so far to financially support people who need the monetary subsidy in the country. Payments for banked families start on Friday, July 7th; for unbanked families, on July 11th. How to collect Citizen Income 2023?
Beneficiaries collect the conditional cash transfer at Banco Agrario, and it can be done through the following modalities:
- Payment by office or correspondent withdrawal: the beneficiary must go to the authorized establishment assigned to make the withdrawal.
- Transfer of withdrawal: the beneficiary contacts through the bank's corporate WhatsApp: +57 1 5948500; and through the options provided by the virtual agent Anita. There, they select option 1: Citizen Income. Then they enter the identification number and option 3, and enter the following data: type and identification number, beneficiary's name, department, and municipality to where they want to transfer the withdrawal.
- Payment by electronic withdrawal: those who have the resources available under this modality, previously verified in the bank's link, can receive the incentive through electronic ATMs from ally Servibanca, by activating the withdrawal from the "withdrawal without card" option of the ATM. The maximum withdrawal amount is 400,000 pesos.
There is a pre-established peak and ID number policy for all branches. It is designed as follows, according to the last digit of the identification document: on Mondays, beneficiaries with ID numbers ending in 1 and 2 collect; on Tuesdays, 3 and 4; on Wednesdays, 5 and 6; on Thursdays, 7 and 8; on Fridays, 9 and 0. The implementation of this process in all branches is determined by the bank branch and the local authority, according to the operational capacities to handle the payments.
