Contrary to what happens, for example, in NXT, the overall atmosphere in WWE dressing rooms tends to be quite tense, especially in a season like the current one, when layoffs are everyday bread and very few have job security. However, in this environment Luke Gallows is becoming a very popular figure.
Apparently, Gallows has been able to bring some humor and calm the atmosphere in the locker room, all thanks to his personality and way of speaking, without losing his professionalism or becoming the clown of the group. This, of course, is always well received.
Less than two months after his re-debut in the company, these are great news for Gallows, because his first season in WWE had little to be remembered. Between 2007 and 2010, Gallows was notoriously underutilized, with his infamous Festus character, a giant with mental retardation who transformed when he heard the bell. Later CM Punk managed to give him a space in the Straight Edge Society and give him a better character, but in the end the whole group ended up being victim of the creatives.
Now Luke Gallows is, along with The Club, one of the most important figures of the moment in WWE and together with Karl Anderson they form one of the strongest teams, having the opportunity to capture their first WWE Tag Team Championship in Money in the Bank.
