The singer-songwriter and businesswoman from Peru, Yarita Lizeth became one of the most beloved interpreters of Andean music in all of Peru. And one of the places that 'La Chinita del Amor' has the most affection for is Lima.
For that reason, her fans in Lima were eager to enjoy her voice in Contigo Perú, the first musical and gastronomic festival held in celebration of Fiestas Patrias. The event will take place on July 28th at Parque de la Exposición, however, it seems that Yarita Lizeth is no longer included. What happened?

What happened with Yarita Lizeth's participation in Contigo Perú?
Everything seemed to be going well for the Peruvian who was very excited to celebrate our 200 years of independence. Well, her participation in Contigo Perú was confirmed. However, through her Instagram account, Yarita Lizeth surprised her followers by revealing that she is no longer part of the great lineup of the event.
"I want to announce that on July 28th I was scheduled for an event at Parque de la Exposición in Lima and I was given a contract by Leopardo Producciones for a participation that I had to give along with great artists. And I was very excited, so I confirmed my presence on my social networks," Yarita Lizeth reminded her fans.
"But in these days they told me that they removed me from the Contigo Perú festival. They took me out of the event. They canceled me. They are removing Yarita Lizeth, the 'Chinita del Amor'. I don't understand the reasons. I do not understand them. It is already the second time they don't let me perform, I feel very outraged, very sad because I had all the illusion of being in that event," explained the disappointed Peruvian singer.
Why was Yarita Lizeth removed from the event Contigo Perú?
Yarita Lizeth added that she did not understand the reasons why the production company removed her from the event when she was one of the featured figures in the Contigo Perú lineup. In that sense, the true reasons for this snub remain pending.
At the end of her announcement, the entrepreneur also asked Leopardo Producciones to remove her photo from the poster used to sell tickets at Teleticket. "Do not use my photo or my name for your event, because I think they are still selling tickets using my image. No hard feelings", she demanded.
