Check Winter Bonus in July: when to receive, amounts, and who qualifies?

In Chile, the Government of that country provides a great variety of bonuses that are destined for different citizens according to their age, position, if they receive other benefits, and more. The reason for these monetary supports is for citizens to have an additional income, which is very necessary for Chileans in these times.

When do they pay the Winter Bonus 2023?

What is the amount of the Winter Bonus 2023?

Thanks to the subsidy being doubled at the request of Gabriel Boric, those who receive the bonus in July will receive 74,767 pesos. This bonus will benefit thousands of Chileans who need extra support to cope with the country's situation.

Who are the beneficiaries of the Winter Bonus 2023?

• Pensioners from the Instituto de Previsión Social, Instituto de Seguridad Laboral, Cajas de Previsión, and Mutualidades de Empleadores de la ley Nº16.744, whose pensions are lower or equal to the value of the minimum old-age pension established in article 26 of the law Nº15.386, for pensioners 75 or older at the time the benefit is paid.
• Pensioners from the system established in decree law Nº3.500, of 1980, who are receiving minimum pensions with state guarantee, according to Title VII of said legal body.
• Pensioners from the system established in the aforementioned decree law who are receiving a solidarity old-age pension contribution, whose pensions are lower or equal to the value of the minimum old-age pension established in article 26 of law Nº15.386, for pensioners 75 or older at the time the benefit is paid.
• Beneficiaries of the universal guaranteed pension, provided they are not entitled to another pension under any social security scheme.
• Pensioners from any social security scheme who, in addition, are receiving a universal guaranteed pension and whose pensions are lower or equal to the value of the minimum old-age pension established in article 26 of law Nº15.386, for pensioners 75 or older at the time the benefit is paid.
