All Peruvian Football Champions
The history of our football, so often loved as it is painful, Peruvian throughout its years of existence, as the norm dictates, found at the end of its regulatory stage a team that, due to its consistency, competitiveness, and effectiveness, managed to accumulate the necessary points to become, regardless of the format, the National Champion of Peruvian football.
Its first edition dates back to 1912 when the Lima Cricket Club won the title. However, this achievement was conceived in a historical time, even previously, to the so-called "Amateur Era". Similarly, in the inauguration of the national tournament in its "Professionalized" format, it was Sport Boys who managed to win the trophy.
Undoubtedly, with the amount of time that has passed, there is a team that has managed to accumulate the highest number of possible titles, which is the Universitario de Deportes team with 26 official championships in its history.
