Florida Wants to Make History Against Boston Celtics in the NBA Conference Finals
The Miami Heat defeated the Boston Celtics once again, this time with a notable difference of 128-102 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. They are now one victory away from sweeping the Celtics and advancing to the NBA Finals.
Unlike the previous close games (123-116 and 111-105), the Heat showed inspiration and dominance in their home, the Kaseya Center, to overpower Boston and return to the Finals for the first time since 2020 when the games took place in the Orlando bubble as a solution to the pandemic.

The Heat demonstrated their dominance from the first quarter, leading by eight points at the end of the first 12 minutes (30-22). They extended their advantage to 15 points by halftime (31-24) and continued their strong performance. Everything seemed to be uphill for the Celtics.
The reigning Eastern Conference champions couldn't withstand the Heat's relentless attack in the third quarter, scoring only 17 points compared to the Heat's 32. With a 30-point lead, the Heat didn't risk their stars further and benched them for almost the entire final quarter, securing a 3-0 advantage.
Gabe Vincent was the leading scorer for Miami, contributing 29 points with an impressive 11-of-14 shooting from the field, including six of nine from three-point range. He also grabbed a couple of rebounds and dished out three assists. Duncan Robinson, off the bench, added 22 points with five three-pointers made out of seven attempts, along with two rebounds and four assists. Caleb Martin also played a crucial role as a spark off the bench, scoring 18 points (4-of-7 from three-point range), three rebounds, and four assists.
Miami's collective effort was so dominant that Jimmy Butler (16 points, eight rebounds, six assists) and Bam Adebayo (13 points, two rebounds, two assists) didn't need to perform at their highest level in terms of scoring.
For the Celtics, it was a disappointing performance from Jayson Tatum, who only scored 14 points despite grabbing 10 rebounds and providing two assists. Jaylen Brown also struggled, scoring just 12 points with seven missed three-point attempts, six rebounds, and two assists. The series will continue on May 23, 2023, at the Kaseya Center in Miami.
