According to information on the Internet, it all started with a work meeting held by the members of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). During this video conference, a group of workers noticed that the deputy director of the Cardiology Specialties Hospital, Adrián Orduño Yáñez, had the camera on and was intimate with his partner.

The public worker forgot to turn off his webcam and everyone saw the intimate act he had with his partner. Although his colleagues chose to record the embarrassing incident, it leaked on social media and the scandal was so big that the official was fired from his institution.
