Some days ago we mentioned that Zulina Muñoz is close to having a date for her next fight. The "Loba" does not stay away from the gym and as it has become a habit, she trains despite not having an opponent to maintain her condition.
After attending several meetings where she was even awarded and recognized for her important career, Zulina focuses on training. She may have had a short break on May 10 to celebrate her son Dylan, but that was it.
Apparently, now is the time to find out who her challenger will be. It seems that the name of Vanesa Taborda, an Argentine already known by Mexicans due to her two matches with "Barby" Juárez, is becoming very strong.
In her last fight, Taborda lost an eight-round bout to the recently arrived boxer after her maternity pause, Yessica "Tuti" Bopp.
Taborda has jumped between the flyweight and super flyweight divisions, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for the Argentine. However, in front of the "Loba" she must show herself at the good level as she did against "Barby" the first time if she wants a chance to succeed against the Mexican.

Mauro Ayala, manager of Zulina "La Loba" Muñoz, a fellow of Ring TELMEX-TELCEL, commented that Argentine Vanesa "La Negra" Taborda could dispute the super flyweight crown of the World Boxing Council on June 2 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

"I gave promoter Víctor Zavalza a list of 10 foreign fighters to negotiate Zulina's next defense, and Taborda was included," said Ayala.
"The fight is not confirmed yet, but it is very likely that the Argentine will challenge Zulina."
What Mauro Ayala said is a fact is that the "Loba" is training hard and preparing with suitable sparring partners to develop speed and power in her punches.
