BAYERN MUNICH SUFFERS A PAINFUL DEFEAT
The Bayern Munich suffered a painful defeat this Tuesday when they were beaten 3-0 in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals.
This loss at the Etihad Stadium would have heated up the spirits in the locker room of the Bavarians as, according to information from the German newspaper Bild and Sky Sports, Leroy Sané and Sadio Mané had an altercation.
It all started when the Senegalese player came on as a substitute in the second half, where he criticized his teammate for not running towards the ball and instead waiting for it.
This annoyance carried over to the locker room and according to the aforementioned media, Sadio Mané punched Leroy Sané in the lip, who only had a bit of bleeding, but it didn't escalate further thanks to the intervention of other players.
"Last night there was a big fight between Sadio Mané and Leroy Sané. Both had an argument on the field. After the final whistle, Mané complained about how Sané spoke to him on the grass. Suddenly the Senegalese attacked Sané and punched him in the face (in the lip)."

So far, there has been no statement from Bayern Munich, who will seek to reverse the 3-0 score at the Allianz Arena next week, otherwise they will be saying goodbye to the Champions League.
