Everything was ready for the first matchday of the 2023 Women's League, with Sporting Cristal vs Universitario being the most attractive match of the round. The FPF even confirmed the venue of the match at the Alberto Gallardo Stadium, which excited the Celeste fans.
Now, the FPF has announced that the new schedule for the match between 'rimenses' and 'merengues' will be on Sunday, April 2, starting at 10:45 local time. The game will be streamed on FPF Play.
Previously, the FPF had indicated that the match between Cristal and Universitario would be at 11:00am, so now it will start 15 minutes earlier than originally planned.
On the other hand, another match that underwent changes for this first matchday is the one between FC Killas and Cantolao, which was scheduled to take place at the Municipal Stadium of La Molina, but will now be played at the Andrés Bedoya Díaz Stadium.
