Is a fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor possible?

We don't know to what extent a confrontation between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor can take place in a boxing ring, but the truth is that rumors keep coming out and this time they come from both athletes.

First of all, the undefeated former boxer recently spoke to Fighthype.com commenting that the confrontation is a possibility and that the rumors that are arising are the rumors that he himself started. Conor McGregor is just a name that was presented to him and it could be real that a boxer faces a Mixed Martial Arts fighter. Floyd Mayweather Jr. leaves everything open mentioning that we simply don't know what will happen with this possibility.

On the other hand, the current UFC Featherweight Champion recently posted a photo on his official Twitter profile that seems to be a good poster for the possible confrontation between both sports stars.
