The new coach of Royal Pari shared some of the keys to his success in Bolivian football, where he will return to manage after his time at Sporting Cristal in Liga 1.

The key to success? Roberto Mosquera has signed for Royal Pari club and will have a new adventure in the highland country, where he has a significant reputation: he has taken on the role of this institution and, at one point, also assumed the position of coach of Jorge Wilstermann. The achievements he reached with these two teams -even in international tournaments- made the name of the national coach sound in the Bolivian national team on more than one occasion.

"My journey in Bolivian soccer is enough to get excited and think that it can be done. Now, there must be order: the leader, the player, and the fan must be in their place. I see that each one is pulling in their own direction and it's not said where they are taking Bolivian soccer,", he said in an interview with Tigo Sports.

Roberto Mosquera also recalled his time at Jorge Wilstermann, where he had a memorable campaign in the 2017 Copa Libertadores, when no one trusted the Bolivian team that knew how to impose itself on giants of the continent to reach the quarter-finals of the tournament.

"And I came to Jorge Wilstermann, knowing that it was not well, because I saw what happened in the Copa Libertadores draw. One team came out, then the second, and when the Bolivian team came out, they all hugged each other. We beat them here. We have to have the character to change that,", added the national coach.

The national strategist gave details of his work within the teams, which bore fruit in Bolivia, allowing him to take giant steps forward and show football lovers that there are no impossibilities when we work seriously at the head of an institution.

"We have to make the player understand that they cannot be afraid, because we eliminated a $70 million Mineiro. It can be done, but we don't want to. The goal is to motivate the player who thinks about an autograph or changing shirts and, no!, they have to play. We can't keep playing cat and mouse,", he concluded.
