There is still no exact date for the start of the payment, nor is there a schedule, as first the provincial and district mayors of each region must be called to carry out this registration promptly, since based on this data, the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation (MVCS) will be able to determine the quantity of bonuses available in the call.

Bonus for renting 2023: How much will the subsidy be?

It is known so far that the money that will be provided to all families that meet the necessary requirements to receive the support will be valued at 500 soles per month.

Where can I register to receive the benefit?

The call is already open and people who have been affected by the natural activity can go to the municipalities to receive the registration, which will allow them to access the Rental Bonus this 2023.

How will the process be carried out?

• Local governments must submit the files of affected people (EDAN form - Damage Evaluation and Results Analysis) to the MVCS.
• This registration will indicate the number of uninhabitable or destroyed houses, the identified damages, and the corresponding information about the families.
• Once the MVCS has verified the information provided by the local governments on-site, a ministerial resolution will be issued to make the call.
• Subsequently, those called can apply at the headquarters of their respective municipalities, providing the data of the house they will rent.
• Approximately 10 days later, the final list of BAE beneficiaries will be sent to the FMV for communication.
• Finally, families that access this subsidy will be able to collect it monthly through the offices of the Banco de la Nación.
