National of Paraguay advanced to the second phase of the Copa Libertadores on Tuesday by coming from behind to defeat Sport Huancayo 3-1 in Asunción and overturn the 2-1 defeat they had suffered a week ago in the first leg.
David Fleitas became the hero of the Paraguayan team's qualification for the second phase with his goal in the 90+8 minute, where they will face another Peruvian team, Sporting Cristal.
Donald Millán had opened the scoring for Huancayo in the 39th minute at the Defensores del Chaco stadium in Asunción, in a match that was played under heavy rain, which even caused a delay of more than fifteen minutes for the start of the second half.
Cristhian Ocampos equalized for Nacional in the 62nd minute, Mathías Martínez scored the second in the 69th minute, and Fleitas, who had come on as a substitute in the second half, scored the qualifying goal in the eighth minute of stoppage time, avoiding the series being decided by penalties.
