River lost 1-2 to Belgrano in the Argentine Professional League 2023.

River fell 1-2 against Belgrano on Saturday, February 4th in the second matchday of the Argentine Professional League 2023 at the Julio Cesar Villagra Stadium. Pablo Vegetti opened the scoring at 38' and thus, the home team went into halftime with the lead.

In the second half, Vegetti himself scored the second goal at 67'. However, River did not give up and 'Nacho' Fernandez scored a goal at 81', but it would not be enough to level the match.
