The whole world is expecting the recovery of 'King' Pelé. In this regard, another one of the greats of Brazilian soccer, former footballer Romário, sent a message for the recovery of the three-time World Cup champion.
After a sports event in the interior of Minas Gerais, the now member of the Brazilian Federal Senate dedicated a few words to Edson Arantes do Nascimiento, who is hospitalized in a clinic due to his deteriorating health.
"King, get better. Have faith. The whole world is watching and praying for you. Get well soon! A kiss to your heart," said 'o Baixinho' to SportTV.
Romário participated in a sports event in Uberlandia with former players and musicians. At the end, he had words of encouragement for Pelé, who is considered by many as the greatest figure in football.
THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ROMARIO AND PELÉ
During his career as the main forward for the Brazilian national team, Romário received criticism from Pelé for his behavior off the field. This generated strong responses from the little forward.
Remember that it took 24 years since Pelé and company's conquest in Mexico 70, for Brazil to be able to lift the World Cup again, this time with the team led by Romario, Bebeto, and Taffarel.
