The Latina TV channel has been in the eye of the storm since the start of the Qatar 2022 World Cup and has been heavily criticized by the national population because not all matches are being broadcast live in their entirety. It should be noted that DirecTV Sports has the official rights to this World Cup.
Taking this into account and after receiving many criticisms for several days, channel 2 decided to release a statement through their social media to confirm that they will indeed broadcast all the matches of the World Cup Qatar 2022, some live and others in delayed broadcast.
"Latina will broadcast 32 out of the 64 matches LIVE, while the remaining 32 matches can be seen in DELAYED broadcast one day later through Latina Play and the Latina application", you can read in the official account of the television network.

Which matches will Latina TV broadcast LIVE?
While it is true that DirecTV Sports has the official rights to the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Latina TV will only broadcast 20 matches from the group stage and from that stage onwards, they will broadcast all the matches. That is, the round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, third place, and the final of the World Cup.
