As reported by FIFA tonight, the proceedings are opened based on Article 13 of the disciplinary code of the organization, for the chants of the Tri's fans during the match played last Sunday at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.

During Ecuador's match against Qatar, Ecuadorian fans lit up the stands when they started chanting.
"We want beer!", the Tri fans shouted while their team dominated the field against Qatar, the host of the World Cup.
